How it works

A contract with three signers

  1. 1 You prepare the contractFrom your template, your CRM or your ERP, with the signers and their order.
  2. 2 The first party signsUsually whoever prepared it, so the customer receives a document that is already signed.
  3. 3 The customer signsWith a PIN by text message or email from their phone. If they run late, they get a reminder.
  4. 4 The representative signsWith an advanced signature or their qualified certificate, as the transaction requires.
  5. 5 Contract closedAll parties receive the sealed copy and the evidence file is archived.

Typical scenarios

Days saved on every contract

Technology · B2B sales

Proposals going cold while waiting for a signature

Before The customer accepted the proposal over the phone, but the contract took a week to come back signed. Some deals fell through along the way.

After The contract goes out for signature as soon as the call ends and the customer can sign it from their phone with an SMS PIN right there and then.

Purchasing · supplier approval

Framework agreements with twenty suppliers

Before Each supplier returned the contract at its own pace and in its own format. Finding out which were signed meant going through emails one by one.

After One request per supplier, automatic reminders and a dashboard showing the status of all of them.

Real estate · reservations

Reservation agreement with buyer and seller

Before Both parties had to be at the office at the same time to sign the reservation.

After Each party signs from wherever they are, in the agreed order, and both receive the sealed copy instantly.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us before they start

What signature level suits a commercial contract?

The advanced signature is the standard: it identifies the signer and protects the document against changes. For high-value transactions, or when the other party requires it, use a qualified one.

Can the customer sign without creating an account?

Yes. They receive a link, verify their identity with the code they are sent and sign from any device.

Can the signing order be set?

Yes. Each signer receives the document once the previous one has signed, or everyone at once if the order does not matter.

How do I know whether the customer has already signed?

The dashboard shows the status of each document: who has signed and who is still to sign. Anyone running late gets automatic reminders.

Can we sign from our CRM or ERP?

Yes. Through Kimobox Connector or the REST API, the contract goes out for signature from your system and comes back signed, with no manual downloads or uploads.
